Autumn Wedding Flowers

Autumn Wedding Flowers

An autumn wedding - what better time of year for Mother Nature's rich tapestry of colour! If you like reds, oranges, rusts, and mustard yellows then you must consider having an autumn wedding.

As well as the flowers and foliage there are always fabulous colours in berries (rowan - orange/red, lauristinus - blue, cotoniaster - mustard or orange or red) to name but a few. Crab apples can be bought on stems, and apples can be used straight from the orchard.

Whether you are using aubergine colours through to dusty pinks or burgundy through rust to oranges your colour palette is just outside your door so start looking.

An above eye level arrangement including Orange Gerbera, Apricot Lilies, Rust/Burgundy hydrangea, rust Euphorbia, and mixed garden foliage including Virginia creeper. The fruits at the base include red currants, apricots and apples.

I hope this begins to inspire you for your wedding flower colours. Have fun choosing; it really does make a great difference to have wonderful flowers.
