The front page of this site is very classy and classical looking, and has large self explanatory navigation keys for those of us who are not very computer literate. As soon as you click on the website you can see what the site offers and the navigation is very clear. As stated in the name, they provide gorgeous cushions, including wedding ring cushions, furnishings, silk pictures and heirloom portraits that can be passed through the generations of your family without dating. They also provide a 'special design service' which means you can design your own personal product - from table runners to seat covers or anything else you have in mind. There are examples of the various products on offer with pictures to help you decide, including all the different colours and materials you can choose from. All the prices are listed with the products so you can see at a glance how much you would be paying. Heirlooms offer different ways of ordering, post, fax, email and even the phone - so if you are unsure you can talk to a real person! I personally love the cushions and do not think they are that expensive for the work involved (on average £60 for a personalised one). They would make a lovely and original present. There is also a guarantee of satisfaction, so you can't go wrong! All in all a very unique website which is very easy to use.
