Glassboat restaurant, located on Bristol’s waterfront at the peaceful Welsh Back, holds a wedding licence and can accommodate 100 guests. Recently refurbished, the upper deck is full of natural light flooding in through huge windows, a stunning setting to exchange vows. With its 360° views, it’s also the perfect location for dining a lunchtime or in the evening. The lower deck features sculptured oak surrounds and portholes lining each side of the hull and can be used for a more private wedding ceremony, a drinks reception or dancing. Set menus are priced from £35 and put together with executive chef Freddy Bird.
