Based in the South Hams, we provide a fairytale carriage and white horse for the wedding of your dreams. The 1880s carriage is a beautiful glass fronted coach, not dependent on the British weather, with lovely dark blue upholstery and liveried driver. The glass windows at the front and side allow views of the happy couple whilst the closed coach mean that even in an English summer you can still arrive in style. The carriage is drawn by Thunder, a milk white gypsy cob with a flowing mane and tail. Brides can choose their ribbons and plumes to decorate the horse and carriage. In summer a glass of bubbly and in winter footwarmers, rugs and hot toddies are provided to keep you warm whatever the weather. We will discuss your individual requirements to make sure it really is the trip of a lifetime. All special occasions catered for. Birthdays Anniversaries Civil Ceremonies We can also provide “countrystyle” weddings in a pony carriage pulled by a pair of Caspian ponies.
