Square and Compass Barn Venue
A rustic barn in the grounds of our famous country pub surrounded by fields. Our weddings are relaxed and not "starchy" but with very very good food. The Three Tuns is a recently restored, traditional country inn built around 1712. It serves ‘real ale’, has a restaurant and en suite B&B accommodation. Situated amongst the fruit orchards and farms of rural Kent in the delightful small village of Staple. Botleys Mansion
Botleys Mansion is an 18th century Grade II listed Palladian style Mansion House originally built in 1765. In 1995 a major fire destroyed many of the features and it was totally renovated under the watchful eye of English Heritage into the European HQ for EDS but as a showcase also to look and perform like a country house. Recently acquired by Bijou Wedding Venues, the 1st floor of the building has been transformed into a dozen bedroom suites with the principal one being a grand Bridal Suite. The building is now truly be a grand home again with the beautiful reception rooms now being used as designed for entertaining (and Civil Ceremonies), a grand Banqueting Hall (seating 250 or more) for your Wedding Breakfast and the superb bedrooms for you and your closest friends and family. Botleys Mansion is open for viewings and bookings are being taken for weddings from May 2010.
