Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all orders from our online wedding
shop – TheWeddingShop4U.
Prices
• All stated prices include VAT at 15 per cent (VAT No. GB 812 3267
56).
• While every effort is made to ensure the stated information is correct,
we do reserve the right to change our pricing or product range without
notice.
• If pricing or products do change, we will contact you prior to the
dispatch of your order to advise you of changes or suggest alternatives.
Payment Methods
• All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
• Cheques and bank transfer payments are also accepted.
• Your card will be debited on dispatch of your order unless you are
ordering personalised items.
• For personalised items your card will be debited immediately after
the order is placed.
Delivery
• Delivery is usually made within 10 working days for standard orders
and 28 days for personalised items.
• While most products are held in stock we occasionally experience delays
in supply of our most popular products. If this is the case, we will
contact you to advise of the delay or to suggest an alternative. • In
the event of a delay on some items, we may dispatch a part order.
• A £4 postage and packing charge (UK Mainland deliveries) will be added
to your order.
• Please provide a delivery address where someone will be able to receive
goods during the day, as our parcels require a signature receipt.
Guarantee & Returns Policy
• Goods are covered by a 14-day guarantee.
• If you wish to return an item please ensure it is returned within
14 days of receipt of the order.
• Please ensure the items are in their original packaging and unused.
• The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and we do not
accept liability for loss or damage to parcels being returned to us
by post.
• We therefore recommend that you use a recorded delivery method.
• Postage charges will only be refunded if goods are found to be faulty
or different from the items you ordered.
• Your refund will be in the form of your original payment.
• We do not accept returns of confectionery, personalised and engraved
items unless they are faulty.
• Faulty goods will be refunded in full. • We do not accept liability
for additional losses as the result of a fault.
• Please inform us by fax or e-mail should you wish to cancel or alter
an order.
• If an order has already been dispatched at the time of cancellation,
we cannot be held responsible.
• Goods which are not required can be returned within 14 days for a
full refund. In this instance, postal charges will not be refunded.
Claims for Loss or Damage
• If you wish to claim for loss or damage to goods, it must be reported
within seven working days to TheWeddingShop4U by both telephone and
in writing. Conditions of Sale
• The terms and conditions apply to our online wedding shop, TheWeddingShop4U.
• All sales and orders from our website will be governed according to
English Law.
• We will accept orders on the basis that the above terms and conditions
have been accepted. Privacy Policy
• Information and personal details about our customers is NOT disclosed
to third parties.
Your Right By Law
• These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
