TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL ADVERTISING

1. These conditions apply to all entries on www.WeddingServices4U.co.uk.

2. WeddingServices4U cannot guarantee any response or business relating from an entry on www.weddingservices4u.co.uk.

3. It is assumed that any advertisements published comply with the provisions of the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 and 1972, the Consumer Protection Act 1987 or any other applicable law or regulation. WeddingServices4U reserve the right to refuse copy if it has any reason to suspect that advertisements do not comply with the provisions of the said Acts.

4. The advertiser warrants that it has obtained all necessary authorities and permissions for the publication of any photographs, illustrations or graphics submitted to WeddingServices4U.co.uk and that the publication will not infringe any copyright, license or any other right of any third party. The advertiser undertakes to waive or obtain a waiver of all moral rights in any illustrations or photographs.

5. The advertiser will indemnify WeddingServices4U.co.uk against any damage or costs incurred in consequence of publication of their advertisements.

6. Information for the advertisements will be taken from forms and emails completed by the advertiser. WeddingServices4U.co.uk cannot accept responsibility for inaccuracies caused through unclear handwriting or incorrectly completed forms. Please note we reserve the right to edit any description provided.

7. WeddingServices4U.co.uk reserve the right to decline or reject any application for space on www.weddingservices4u.co.uk at any time without reason, whether or not the advertisement has been paid for. In the event of any application being rejected after payment by the advertiser, a refund will be given.

8. Once space for the advertisement has been allocated, money will not be refunded for any cancellation by the advertiser.

9. Whilst every endeavour will be made by WeddingServices4U to ensure the appearance of the advertisement, WeddingServices4U.co.uk are unable to accept any liability for any loss due to non-appearance of any advertisement; neither will WeddingServices4U.co.uk be liable for service interruption or downtime of hosting server.
